Technetics Marketplace Terms of Sale

ORDERS

1. Placing Orders
   - Customers can order products by following the guidelines on the Technetics Marketplace website.
   - By placing an order, customers are offering to purchase products and customers agree to the Customer Terms of Sale.

2. Order Confirmation
   - An order is confirmed when Technetics Marketplace sends a confirmation email to the customer.

3. Order Responsibility
   - Customers upon ordering online confirm their orders are submitted correctly.
   - Technetics Marketplace is not liable for orders affected by internet disruptions.

4. Account Responsibility
   - Customers are responsible for all orders placed through their account.
   - Only authorized personnel should access the account.

5. Third-Party Links
   - The website may have links to third-party sites for convenience.
   - Technetics Marketplace is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of these sites.

CUSTOMER CANCELLATION

1. Cancellation Policy
   - Orders cannot be cancelled once accepted, unless agreed upon in writing by Technetics Marketplace.
   - Cancellations must be approved by an authorized Technetics representative.

2. Cancellation Notice
   - If allowed, cancellations must be made in writing at least 24 hours before the estimated shipment date.

3. Cancellation Fees
   - Payments made will be forfeited upon cancellation before shipment, unless otherwise agreed.

PRICE

1. Pricing
   - Prices are as shown on the website or as advised by Technetics Marketplace.
   - Prices may change without notification but will not vary without written agreement.

2. Additional Costs
   - Prices exclude delivery costs and GST, which are shown separately on the invoice.

PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS

1. Changes
   - Product features and specifications can change without notice.
   - All weights and dimensions are approximate.

DELIVERY AND OWNERSHIP

1. Delivery Times
   - Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
   - Technetics Marketplace is not liable for any losses due to late deliveries.

2. Part Deliveries
   - Orders may be delivered in parts, each treated as a separate delivery.

3. PO Box Addresses
   - Deliveries will not be made to PO Box addresses unless using Australia Post.

4. Delivery Fees
   - Incorrect addresses or repeated delivery attempts may incur additional delivery fees.

INSPECTION AND ACCEPTANCE

- Customers must inspect products upon delivery and notify Technetics Marketplace within 7 days if the products do not match the order.
- Without notification, products are considered accepted.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

1. Stock Levels
   - Products may be out of stock. Customers can check the website for updates or contact Technetics Marketplace for availability.

2. Unavailability
   - If products are unavailable, Technetics Marketplace may cancel the order or offer an alternative at a different price.

3. Discontinued Products
   - If a product is discontinued, Technetics Marketplace may cancel the order and offer an alternative if available.

CLEARANCE AND NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS

1. No Returns
   - Clearance products are sold on a 'No Returns' basis.

2. Order Processing
   - Orders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
   - Technetics Marketplace will notify customers if a clearance order cannot be fulfilled.

ALLOCATION OF STOCK

- Technetics Marketplace may release any committed stock orders where payment is not received.
