Refund policy

RETURN POLICY

• Non-faulty returns are accepted at Technetics Marketplace's discretion.
• Opened items are usually not accepted but may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
• Items must be sealed and in pristine condition. Photos may be required for approval.
• A 15% restocking fee might be applied.
• If the return is not due to Technetics Marketplace error, the customer must ship the return to Technetics Marketplace warehouse.
